1st Course - Thai Fresh Spring Rolls
Rice paper rolls filled with sprouts, nappa cabbage, scallions, thai basil and cilantro. Served with a Santa Rosa plum sauce.

2nd Course - Maui Sunset Salad
Mesclun greens with mango, papaya and macadamia nut. Tossed in a champagne – passion fruit dressing.
Paired Wine Selection: Montpellier Viognier , CA
3rd Course - Phyllo Treasure Chest
Phyllo purse stuffed with grilled oyster mushrooms, gold beets, celeriac and edamame. Served over a warm purple potato and taro salad. Presented with a zinfandel wine sauce.

4th Course - Chocolate Decadence Cake
Chocolate layer cake with raspberry filling and a chocolate ganache frosting. Served in a pool of Grand Marnier – cassis sauce.
