I'm hopefully looking for something under $1000, this summer. Simple, clean, pretty, that reflects the style of work I do (something that looks water-color-y or somesuch in the background could be nice). I can put my content in pretty well myself, I just need to have a site template made for me to put stuff into.

I've got some files from previous pokes at making a site, which I could show you if you like. I just really can't afford to be paying $950-1000 for a site, which is where everyone is quoting me at. I know the basics of working with existing sites, I just need help coming up with the template.
