Abortion ban goes to Bush -- A proposal to ban a controversial late-term abortion procedure is headed for President Bush's desk after the U.S. Senate approved the measure in a 64-24 vote yesterday. The House voted to ban "partial-birth" abortion earlier this month, and President Bush has said he will sign the measure.
